The Eleven Point River, located in the Ozark hill country of southern Missouri, flows along the Irish Wilderness in the Mark Twain National Forest. Float camps are accessible by canoe or boat, as well as forest service camping areas with gravel road access. Greer Spring, second largest in the state, makes the Eleven Point floatable year round as its clear, cold water enters the river just a half-mile above the Highway 19 access.

The River has beautiful scenery and excellent fishing for rainbow trout in the Trophy Trout area, as well as smallmouth bass, goggle-eye, pickerel and walleye. Other points of interest include the many springs: Turner's Mill, Boze Mill, Blue Spring, and others. Hiking trails to caves are found in the Mark Twain National Forest and to other areas where wildlife is abundant. |
